A Big Beauty Haul

It's been a while since me and Josh took some time away from the boys, and we did just that last weekend when we went shopping in Exeter. It's around an hour away by train from where we live locally and there are bigger and better shops and restaurants there which I love. We were in Exeter for a couple of hours. We grabbed some food and we shopped until we dropped. I did buy a few home and clothing pieces but I thought I'd show you all the beauty bits that I picked up on the trip instead.

It's been a while since I posted a haul. I posted a Mini Revolution Haul early last year but there's been nothing since then. The very last time I posted a big haul like this was back in 2017 when I shared my High End Beauty Haul with you.
I had a few things in mind already that I wanted to purchase while we were there. In fact I had a list of products labelled under 'Wishlist' on my phone so I didn't forget anything.
A Big Beauty Haul
Let's start off with Primark as it was the first first store we stopped off at. I very rarely buy anything from the beauty section of Primark but I decided to have a browse while I was there as they seemed to have a bigger counter than my local Primark, with a huge range of products. The first thing I popped into my basket was the PS Summer Blur Soft Focus Blur Primer(£5). I picked it up without a second thought. It reminded me of the YSL Touche Eclat Blur Primer which is a little pricier, and anything that claims to blur the skin gets a thumbs up from me. I just hope this does exactly what it claims. As well as that I also bought the PS Exfoliate and Cleanse Watermelon Body Scrub(£3). There were many other scented body scrubs but this just smelled absolutely divine, I couldn't resist.
Next was Superdrug. I only had one thing in mind that I wanted to try, the Revolution Glow Revolution Spray in Eternal Gold(£10). It's basically an illuminating spray which you can use on your face and body. I plan to use it a lot over the summer while it's warmer. While there was a 3 for 2 offer on I only went and purchased another two of the ELF Cosmetics 16hr Concealers in Fair Warm(£5) to keep me stocked up. It's my HG concealer(see my full review here).
Then off we popped to Boots. My main goal was to check out the Fenty counter and get colour matched for the foundation(which I did succesfully). I took a sample of the foundation home but I did pick up the Fenty Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer in Fu$$y(£16). Who'd have thought the girl who was once obsessed with a liquid lip would be buying a lipgloss, eh? Everyone seemed to be raving about it and I wanted to see what the fuss was about. I'm yet to use it but I have a feeling that I'll love it as it looks like the perfect nude pink gloss.

I also got two products from Pixi Beauty while they were on offer at Boots. I got the Pixi Vitamin C Tonic(£18) and the Pixi Vitamin C Juice Cleanser(£18). They are completely new to Pixi Beauty and they are the products that I've wanted to try the most. The fact that they were on offer just made the purchase all the more sweet.

The last thing I bought from Boots was the Ole Henriksen Banana Bright Face Primer(£28). This has been on my wishlist for some time now after hearing some of my favourite bloggers and youtubers rave about it. I'm always on the lookout for a new primer and I do hope this makes my skin look as bright and healthy looking as it says when using it.
And last but not least we headed to Debenhams. I already had in mind what I wanted when we went there. I needed to repurchase my holy grail foundation, Lancome Teint Idole Ultra Wear in 008(£33.50 £28.47). I also needed to grab another of my UD All Nighter Setting Spray but I noticed there was a new scented spray which I was curious to try. It's the new Urban Decay All Nighter Summer Solstice Setting Spray(£24 £21.60). It has a very refreshing summer scent which is just wonderful. I already had £15 to spend from my Debenhams card so it didn't cost too much. Oh I love a good points/reward card.

What have you been purchasing lately?
