LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Review

I have never tried a supplement before, ever, except from when I was pregnant, but that's totally different. I don't know why I never thought about trying them for other purposes, especially since my skin, hair and nails aren't in the best condition. My skin is quite prone to breakouts(although it's mainly hormonal), my hair is lacking in volume and I've noticed myself becoming somewhat of a nail biter.

I've been trying the LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements to see if they'd make a difference. I'd already read so many great things about them so I had high hopes.
LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails
Inside the box are 10 bottles of the LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements. Within the bottle is a combination of 7000mg of Marine Collagen(the most naturally occuring protein found in the human body), Silicon(a mineral found in skin, hair and nails), Resveratrol(prevents and reverses signs of aging), Selenium(maintains skin, hair and nails), Biotin(keeps your skin, hair and nails healthy) and Vitamin C and E(to strengthen and maintain skin, hair and nails).

The main ingredient is of course Marine Collagen which, as mentioned, naturally occurs inside the human body. It is an absolute necesity when it comes to maintaining your skin, hair and nails. Without Collagen your skin gets thinner and loses elasticity, which then leaves you with saggy skin, wrinkles, cellulite and stretch marks. Hair wise, Collagen contributes to hair growth. The more Collagen you have, the more your hair will grow, and the thicker it will become. And with Nails, Collagen can strengthen and restore them while also counteracting any damage done by aging or even nail biting.

It is exactly what I need. My nails are quite brittle and prone to splitting(not helped by my persistent nail biting), plus I've had post partum hair loss since having the boys and I have never had the thickest head of hair.

I have been drinking one 50ml bottle of the Liquid Supplement daily for the full 10 days so I can finally give you the lowdown. First off, I have to admit I am just not keen on the taste. It has quite a strong fruity taste to it with an almost syrup type texture. The best way I can describe the taste is like Blackcurrant with a zingy twist. I found myself taking a big gulp of it every morning to get if over with. It doesn't bother me so much as you only have to take one a day and it doesn't have the fishy aftertaste that you'd expect with it being formulated with Marine Collagen. It's a small price to pay for better Skin, Hair and Nails.

I was quite surprised at how quick I had noticed a difference. By around day 3/4 my nails appeared to be much stronger and they seemed to grow quickier than usual. I haven't had a single nail chip or split either, which usually happens quite a lot. They look so healthy. You wouldn't even know that I was a habitual nail biter.

The biggest difference is in my Hair. I was quite shocked by this. I didn't notice the difference in my hair until later on, on day 7.  Usually you'd see me pulling vast amounts of hair from my Wet Brush every week or so. Sounds horrific, but it's something I dealt with after having Oscar, my youngest. I never had post partum hair loss with my other two boys. My hair now appears to be stronger and healthier than ever. I'm no longer pulling out copious amounts of hair strands from my hair brush now, thankfully. When it comes to my skin, it seems brighter, much plumper and it seems to be much smoother too.

I think it has really worked wonders for me. I did have high hopes for the LQ Liquid Health Skin, Hair and Nails Supplements, and I'm so glad to say they lived up to my expectations. For the 10 day supply of these supplements it'll set you back £29.99 but there are also two other options to choose from too. For a 30 day supply it'll cost you £59.98 and for 90 days it'll cost £175.44.

I really do recommend these. If your skin is perhaps looking a little lacklustre, your hair isn't in the best condition or your nails are breaking off then you'd really love these. The benefits are endless.

You can purchase directly from LQ Liquid Health or you can even buy from Boots.

Have you tried any Liquid Supplements before?
