My 2018 Hair Favourites

So far I've covered Skincare and Makeup within my 2018 Favourites instalment, but now we're onto haircare! Last year I tried many hair products from so many different brands. There were some hits and some misses but I have to admit myself and my hair loved the majority of them. As well as it being the year of Skincare, it was the year of Haircare too! I really wanted to feature more products in my 2018 Haircare Favourites but it would've been impossible to fit them all in one post. There will be a review on some of those products coming up in the near future.
One of my favourite hair discoveries of 2018 was the Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo(£13.94). I used the PRO:VOKE Touch of Silver Shampoo for the two years I've had blonde balayage hair but after those two years I got fed up and decided to switch it up. My hairdresser recommended that I should try something from Fudge, and so I did. I've been using the Clean Blonde Violet Toning Shampoo for months now. It's so much better than the Touch of Silver Shampoo that I'd used beforehand. It really gives the best result. The purple pigment in the shampoo tones the yellow in my hair right down, making it look as good as new in between salon visits. It's lasted me a long time now which makes me happy. Usually a bottle of shampoo would've gone after a month or two.

As well as that, I also have the Fudge Clean Blonde Violet Toning Conditioner(£9) to go with it too. They're the perfect hair duo for blondes. It tones down any brasiness in my hair, just like the shampoo, but it also keeps my hair in the best possible condition. It feels softer, it looks shinier and just faaaabulous. I will have a full review of these coming live to the blog in the nex few days so if you want to read all about them, stay tuned.

I discovered a new brand called Design.ME Hair last year(I reviewed three of their products here). They are a vegan friendly and cruelty free brand which I absolutely loveee. One of the products that I tried from them is *Powerdry.ME(£14.95), a mist that's designed to reduce the time in which you blowdry your hair. I use this pretty much every time I dry my hair. I spritz this all over my hair, from root to tip, and it reduces the time slightly(you'll read all about that if you click the link to my review above) which means less time to spend on my hair, and more time to get my makeup done. After my hair is fully dry, it feels so soft and silky. It makes a world of difference to the condition of my hair, especially as my hair usually goes frizzy in certain places after blowdrying.

Another brand I discovered last year is Noughty (Don't you just love that brand name). I was given the opportunity to try out the *Noughty Blondie Locks Shampoo and Conditioner(£6.99) and I was very impressed with the results they gave. I have a review coming up on the duo soon so I don't want to say too much, but they both, enhance the blonde tones in my hair as well as hydrate it. They're both natural and sulphate free too which was music to my ears as some shampoos and conditioners with sulphates can irritate my hair and scalp. It helps that they're not too expensive either.

What were your favourite Hair products in 2018?
