Boxing Day Sale Haul

This is my first post of 2014, weird isn't it? It's a new year and hopefully it's going to be a great one too. I am so glad to be back up and running with my blog again as I wasn't blogging very frequently the past few weeks due to my work experience tiring me out. There's nothing I like better than sitting down with a cup of tea typing up a new blog post for you all and reading some of my fellow bloggers posts too, I've really missed it.

Anyway, I'm sure you know what this is about by now! I of course had a little shopping spree in the sales just a day or two after the boxing day sales started. I was meaning to go into town on Boxing Day but I couldn't as I was feeling really ill in the morning. I was extremely gutted that I couldn't go as I was worried that all the lovely goodies would be snapped up but on the Saturday I did come across a few great bargains. Not all of the things that I bought were on sale unfortunately but overall I think I got some pretty great products.

Boxing Day Sale Haul

I've been wanting to watch 'The Heat' for a while now since it was released so I picked this up for £13 from Tescos. I watched it with my mum a few hours later after buying and I have to admit it is absolutely hilarious, it's such a great film with one of my favourite actresses, Sandra Bullock. I also picked up Green Street 3 as I've watched both 1 and 2 and the first film is a favourite of mine.

I have got a few Sims 3 games for PC and I had a complete obsession with it at some point last year so I thought why not and picked this up. It may sound like a silly buy but it is an enjoyable game for all ages, I'm such a big kid! The only makeup product that I got was the Rimmel Wake me up concealer in the lightest shade, Ivory.

Babyliss Boutique Loose Waves

I went into Argos and had a browse through the hair products they had as I was in need of some new hair curling tongs and I came across this. Luckily I have heard great reviews about this in the blogging community so I thought it would be great to try out. It was the last one in stock so I was just in time, phew! It was reduced from £29.99 down to £24.99 which isn't too bad, it's a £5 saving.

Babyliss Wave Envy

I have been wanting to try this for so long and I was stunned when It was reduced down to £29.99 from £44.99. I think that this has to be the best bargain that I bought that day with a saving of £15.

I also got 'Love to lounge' bottoms and hoody loungewear from Primark which was £4 each but I couldn't take a picture as they are currently in the wash.

What did you buy in the Boxing Day Sales?
